Born from the experience gained over the years with the successful RTR and RTRI series, given their modular and scalable nature, they can be adapted, with different modules, to handle any requirement requested by the customer. The TP-H version has a horizontal-axis electro-spindle and disc wheel for grinding flat surfaces. In contrast, the TP-I comes with a vertical-axis electro-spindle and wheels that can be either disc or cup wheels for interior-exterior and frontal grinding. The standard equipment of the TP series includes:
Linear axes on roller-precision guides, brushless motors and ISO3 ball screws.
Table axis with liquid-cooled torque motor for smoother, more precise and quieter rotation.
The standard numerical control configuration allows grinding cycles of conical surfaces in linear axis interpolation. TP-H and TP-I versions can equip the following options:
Double workpiece table for increased productivity.
Swivelling head unit.
Workpiece clamping systems of the following types: magnetic, vacuum, self-centring chuck, zero point, pneumatic-hydraulic collets or other.
Workpiece loading/unloading robots or manipulator systems.
In-Process or Post-Process measuring systems.
Mist collector and filtration systems: dry, water and oil.
Multi-tools electro-spindle unit (only for TP-I version)
