Internal and External Grinding Machine RTRV series

Compact, strong and extremely precise, RTRV are grinding machines of modular conception, designed to meet the requirements of a market always searching for new technologies and new productive processes. Available in different configurations, these machines are equipped with a rotating table, and with different combinations of spindle groups, they automatically carry out in a single piece placement complex grinding operations of inside, outside, conic surfaces, flat surfaces and undercut. The range is manufactured for grinding operations of parts with 150 mm minimum inside diameter and 4000 mm maximum outside diameter. RTRV represents the Meccaniche Lodi product realized to obtain not only better performances but specially a better support for the production of more and more precise articles. Extremely strong structures combined with very first quality components allow grinding operations characterized by high removal capacity along with high precision. The operativeness of this series of multi-spindle grinding machines is granted by a LODI or SIEMENS CNC.
